By subscribing to Astrology Jennifer email communications, accessing any landing page, or purchasing any digital product offered by Astrology Jennifer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe, purchase, or engage with our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “Subscriber,” “User”) and FABEXS SERVICES SAS, the legal entity operating Astrology Jennifer.

In these Terms, “Astrology Jennifer,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to FABEXS SERVICES SAS and its brand Astrology Jennifer. FABEXS SERVICES SAS is the sole merchant of record for all transactions.
2. Entertainment and Disclaimer — Critical Notice

ALL astrological content, natal charts, transit reports, astrological readings, and related digital products provided by Astrology Jennifer are offered STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
- NOT SCIENTIFIC. Astrology is not a science. No astrological prediction, interpretation, or analysis is guaranteed to be accurate, factual, or predictive in any verifiable sense.
- NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Nothing in any Astrology Jennifer product constitutes or replaces medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.
- NO GUARANTEED RESULTS. Purchasing or consuming our products does not guarantee any outcome in your personal, professional, romantic, financial, or health life.
- SYMBOLIC AND INTERPRETIVE. Astrological content is symbolic and open to multiple meanings. Any decisions made based on astrological content are made entirely at your own risk.
- ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring entertainment and educational content — not professional services, counseling, or predictive expertise.
3. Eligibility — Age and Capacity Requirements
3.1 Minimum Age
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By subscribing or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3.2 Legal Capacity
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
3.3 Geographic Availability
Our services are offered primarily to residents of the United States. We do not represent that our content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
4. Description of Services and Products
4.1 Nature of Products
Astrology Jennifer produces and sells pre-recorded, pre-generated, or batch-personalized digital products in the following formats:
- PDF documents (astrological readings, reports, natal chart analyses, guides)
- Audio files (MP3, AAC — astrological readings in spoken form)
- Video files (MP4 — recorded astrological content)
- Online content (web-based text or multimedia content, link-gated or password-protected)
4.2 Personalization Methodology
Products marketed as “personalized” or “customized” are personalized based on birth data and personal background information you provide at purchase. Personalization does not imply live, one-on-one interaction with a human astrologer unless explicitly stated in the product description.
4.3 Ephemeral Campaign Offers
Each product is tied to a specific astrological event and is available only during the campaign window. Once a campaign closes, the associated product is removed from sale permanently. The urgency communicated around these windows reflects a genuine product availability policy tied to real astrological events — not artificial scarcity.
5. Subscription and Email Communications
5.1 Consent to Email Marketing
By subscribing through any opt-in mechanism, you expressly consent to receive the Astrology Jennifer weekly newsletter, promotional campaign emails, follow-up communications, and transactional emails.
5.2 Unsubscribe Rights — CAN-SPAM
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any commercial email or emailing unsubscribe@astrology-jennifer.com. Requests are processed within 10 business days.
5.3 Subscriber List Management
We practice active list hygiene. Removal from active sending does not delete your data — see our Privacy Policy for data retention details.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Product prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) on each product's sales page at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases only.
6.2 Payment Processing
FABEXS SERVICES SAS does not store or access full payment card numbers. Card data is transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
6.3 Currency and Taxes
All transactions are denominated in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction beyond those collected at checkout.
6.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Failure to receive a confirmation may indicate a payment issue — contact support@astrology-jennifer.com within 48 hours.
7. Digital Product Delivery
7.1 Delivery Method and Timing
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at purchase. Delivery is completed within 72 hours of confirmed payment.
7.2 Delivery Failures
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address at purchase. If you have not received your product within 72 hours, contact support@astrology-jennifer.com with your order confirmation number.
7.3 Download and Access Limits
Product download links are valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. We recommend downloading and saving your product to a personal device promptly upon receipt. Products are licensed for personal use only.
8. Refund and Return Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Refunds are not available on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with astrological content, given the entertainment-only nature of the product.
9. Chargebacks — Prohibited Conduct
Please Contact Us Before Initiating a Chargeback. We respectfully ask that you contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct contact.
A fraudulent chargeback — meaning a dispute filed for a product that was validly delivered and falls outside eligible grounds — is a breach of these Terms. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from Astrology Jennifer services and recovery action for the disputed amount plus associated processor fees.
We recognize that chargebacks are sometimes a necessary and legitimate consumer protection mechanism and will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership
All content produced and distributed by Astrology Jennifer is the exclusive intellectual property of FABEXS SERVICES SAS, protected by applicable French and international copyright law and US copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).
10.2 Limited Personal Use License
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license expressly excludes redistribution, resale, reproduction on public platforms, or use as the basis for commercial services.
10.3 Brand Identity
The names “Astrology Jennifer,” “Jennifer Astrology,” and associated brand elements are protected marks of FABEXS SERVICES SAS. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
11. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Astrology Jennifer services in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, involves resale of purchased products, submits false purchase information, files fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent any security or access controls.
12. No Professional Advice — Limitation of Content
Astrology Jennifer products do not constitute:
- Medical advice — No astrological content diagnoses or treats any medical condition.
- Psychological advice — Our content is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care.
- Legal advice — Nothing in our products constitutes legal advice.
- Financial advice — Our products do not constitute investment, financial planning, or tax advice.
- Relationship advice — Compatibility analyses are entertainment only.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FABEXS SERVICES SAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products, any astrological content or interpretation, or any decision made in reliance on our content.
13.2 Cap on Liability
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13.3 Jurisdiction-Specific Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FABEXS SERVICES SAS expressly disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FABEXS SERVICES SAS from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Jurisdiction
As a contractual default, disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. This clause does not override mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
16.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@astrology-jennifer.com with a written description of your claim. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
16.4 US Consumer Rights Preservation
For consumers located in the United States, nothing in these Terms waives any rights available under applicable federal or state consumer protection law. US consumers may file complaints with the FTC at ftc.gov/complaint.
16.5 California Residents

17. Compliance with Applicable Law
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Our commercial email communications are designed to align with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701). Our marketing practices are designed in alignment with FTC Section 5 (15 U.S.C. § 45).
18. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FABEXS SERVICES SAS with respect to Astrology Jennifer services.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version controls.
